I really love helping people find a home they love! My experience in real estate has covered 4 states, and over 25 years, as the military moved us around the country. I care about our military members & understand the stress of relocating. I love spending time camping or at the lake with my family, pets & friends. I enjoy volunteering with my community and as a Girl Scout leader.

Susan provided the best home buying experience my wife and I have experienced. We were coming from out of state and it only took one in person meeting for Susan to find out exactly what we were looking for in a home purchase. She then provided great home options that fit our needs. Susan continually provided home options on a daily basis and moved forward with inspections and other needs in a very timely basis. This was the second time susan has helped us three years ago she guided us in buying the home we now live in. and now she was our agent of choice to help with the sale of a properity we owned. I have always found susan to be on top of everything going on around her. The sale of this house was a time consuming she was always willing to take my calls and answer any and all questions I had for her,even when she was out of the state of Okla.She guided us and made the job of selling this place as easy as she could.We have used her twice now and I recommend her to everyone I know that is looking for an agent to buy or sell a house She is the only one we will ever use when prepairing to move She does her best to make you feel as if you are the only client she has at that time. We were making a huge transition in our lives and moving from Los Angeles to Tulsa, and Susan made that a pleasant experience. Not only were we first time home buyers, we were completely new to EVERYTHING Oklahoma. We unknowingly put her to the test by the amount of homework we were doing on our end, and were happy with her performance as well as our newly building friendship every step of the way. She made herself available and would take calls and texts at times we are sure were inappropriate or at least questionable. Susan- Susan HAD OUR HOME SOLD IN LESS THAN A WEEK and when the bank made a mistake she was the one that came to the rescue. Susan worked everyday and was always available. She went above and beyond to get our deal done, even working till 10pm on a Friday night. I can not say enough about her work ethic! It was also a pleasure to be around Susan.

Susan was very attentive to us. We had to move very quickly as we were moving from out of town and wanted a house to move to instead of renting. She helped us with our wants in the house. Saw things that we didn't and even extended a hand to us as my wife was pregnant and we didn't know anybody. She was great realtor and if we need help in area will definately use her again.

We had a great experience with Susan Brooks. We found a for sale by owner home, which can typically surfaces many issues for the buyer. Susan did an excellent job in shielding our family from those issues and made this process very painless for us. She was even able to secure the home earlier than anticipated which allowed us to celebrate Christmas in our new Home! I am very satisfied with the buying process but it’s after the sale that really stands out. Susan has done a wonderful job following up with us. She has helped us answer questions regarding our home and made recommendations. I would recommend Susan Brooks to anyone looking to buy a home.
